Test doMahan before launch

doMahan is in its final testing round on Google Play. Testers get the app first, for free, and every message you send us shapes what ships to everyone.

You need an Android phone (Android 8 or newer) and the Gmail address you use for the Play Store on that phone.

How do I join the test?

Step 1. Join the tester group. Open groups.google.com/g/domahan-testers while signed in with the Gmail you use on your phone, and tap Join group. That is how Google Play knows you are allowed in. Other members cannot see your email address.

Step 2. Become a tester on Google Play. On your phone, open the doMahan testing page on Google Play and tap Become a tester.

Step 3. Install doMahan. Tap Download it on Google Play and install it like any other app. Updates come through the Play Store as usual.

If Google Play says the app is not available yet, Google is still reviewing the first test version. Stay in the group and you will get an email the moment it is ready.

What do testers do?

Use doMahan for your real day: add a few reminders, tick things off, try the voice input in your own language.
Please keep the app installed for at least 14 days. Google only lets a new app go public after a group of testers has used it for two weeks.
Tell us anything that feels confusing, slow or broken. In the app: Profile (person icon, top left) > Send feedback. Or email [email protected].

You never have to leave a rating or review, and we never ask for one in return for anything. Honest feedback by email is the most useful thing you can give.

Is my data safe as a tester?

The test version is the same app the public will get. It works without an account, and if you choose to sign in with Google to back up your notes, only you can read them. Details are in the privacy policy. You can leave the test any time from the same Google Play testing link, and leave the group from its page.

Can I invite friends?

Yes, please. Send them this page: domahan.com/beta/
